This Writ Petition is filed declaring the Show Cause Notice dated 15.05.2025 issued to the petitioners by the 2nd respondent bank directing to submit representation/submissions or in default to classify the petitioners as Fraud and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondent No.2 bank to not initiate or take any coercive steps against the petitioners or their properties including the properties mortgaged with the respondent No.2 Bank.
