The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners under Article

226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

“...to pass an order, direction or writ particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2025 as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and contrary to law and consequently this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to take action on the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.10.2025 in accordance with law.....”
