This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of 1st respondent in not taking steps under Sec. 91 Cr.P.C. to secure C.C.footage from the Kismath Pub of respondent No.5 Hotel between 8.45 PM to 12.00 PM on 22-03-2018, which covers the movements of the son of the petitioner and allowing respondent No.5 to disappear the piece of evidence as arbitrary and illegal and consequently direct the respondents to secure the C.C. footage from the Kismath Pub of Respondent No.5 between 8.45 PM to 12.00 PM on 22-03-2018, which covers the movements of deceased son of the petitioner forthwith in the interest of justice and to pass…”
