Aggrieved by the action of respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner pertaining to the land in Survey No.40/A admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0-32 guntas situated at Maktha Venkatapur Village, Kulkacharla Mandal, Vikarabad District and in mutating the name of respondent No.5, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to delete the name of respondent No.5 pertaining to aforesaid extent of land and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and to issue e-passbook. 2.
