Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in awarding (14)

weightage marks to the petitioner, instead of (20) weightage marks, as per his entitlement, in pursuance of the Recruitment Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, for the post of Lab Technician Grade-II, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri Alluri Divakar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Services-I, appearing on behalf of the respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at admission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of Recruitment Notification No.03/2024 dated 11.09.2024, the petitioner applied for the post of Lab Technician Grade-II, appeared and successfully cleared the written examination.
