Heard Sri P.Animi Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation and Command Area development appearing for respondent No.1 and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and perused the material on record.

2. This contempt case is filed against the action of the respondents in willful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34721 of 2023, dated 27.12.2023.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Command Area Development appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.34721 of 2023, dated 27.12.2023, the respondents have deposited the decretal amount of Rs.4,51,85,050/-
