ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to declare the action of the 5th respondent in registering FIR No.341 of 2016 on the file of II Town Police Station, Nalgonda under Sections 506, 507 IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribunal (Prevention of Atrocity) Act and to set aside the same.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime No.341 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under 506, 507 IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) of Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribunal (Prevention of Atrocity) Act.
