ORDER:
1. The Civil Revision Petition arises out of a docket order dated 21.03.2025 passed by the Junior Civil Judge, Chevella, Ranga Reddy District, dismissing I.A.No.1538 of 2021 in O.S.No.157 of 2021 filed by the petitioners herein for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule
11(d) of The Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC).
2. The petitioners herein are the defendants in a Suit filed for perpetual injunction.
3. Even though, a bare perusal of the affidavit filed in I.A.No.1538 of 2021 for rejection of plaint indicates that the essential grounds for rejecting a plaint under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the CPC are missing, this Court is inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition for the sole reason that the impugned docket order does not disclose any reasons. The impugned order is a non-speaking order.
4. CRP.No.4046 of 2025, along with all connected applications, is accordingly allowed and disposed of by setting aside the impugned order passed by the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to revisit the petitioners I.A. for rejection of plaint. The Trial
