ORDER

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking the Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.4 in C.C. No.6264 of 2024, on the file of learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 427, 448 & 506 IPC r/w 149of IPC.

2. Heard Ms. Saman Aafreen, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 as well as Sri Jitender Rao Veeramalla, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1- State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.4 submits that the petitioner is facing false allegations and that the contents of the complaint do not point out the ingredients of trespass as against the petitioner herein. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such act to attract the offences under Sections 147, 323, 427, 448 & 506 IPC r/w 149 of IPC laid against the petitioner herein. She therefore prayed to quash the proceedings against him.
