This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“… to issue a writ, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents No. 3 and 4 in not taking any steps to stop the illegal construction made by the Respondents No. 5 to 8 by violating the orders of the Honorable II Addl.
