ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:-

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over his Agricultural Lands in Sy.No.42A/4 admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts., and Sy.No.42A/4/1, admeasuring Ac.6.00 Gts., totaling to Ac 8.00 gts., situated at Alleenagar H/o. Chetlapotharam Village, Jinnaram Mandal, Sangreddy District, in spite of petitioner producing all relevant documents and further action in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the above lands as highly illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment over his Agricultural Lands in Sy.No.42A/4 admeasuring Ac.2.00 gts., and Sy.No.42A/4/1 admeasuring Ac.6.00 Gts., totaling to Ac.8.00 gts., situated at Alleenagar H/o. Chetlapotharam Village Jinnaram Mandal, Sangreddy District…”
