This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the illegal interference of respondent Nos.2 and 3 into the petitioner’s (1) Land admeasuring Ac. 0-39 Gs., in Sy.No. 16/Aa/1, (2) Land admeasuring Ac. 0-39.5 Gs., in Sy.No. 16/Aa/2, (3) Land admeasuring Ac. 0-39.5 Gs., in Sy.No. 16/Aa/3, (4) Land admeasuring Ac. 1-00 Gs., in Sy.No. 16/Aa/4, totally admeasuring Ac. 3-38 Gts., situated at Aushapur Village and Gram Panchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District at the behest of respondent No. 4 as illegal, unjust, and against rule of law and violative of Art. 300-A of Constitutional of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the petitioner’s land and also civil dispute between the petitioner and 4^th respondent and pass…”
