O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in seeking to adjudicate Civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondent No.4 and in assisting the respondent No.4, activities as against the petitioners, as the same is without jurisdiction, quite arbitrary and opposed to fundamental rights and to further direct the respondent No.3 not to intervene in the said dispute in possession of the said house bearing No. 8-3-699/10/11 and 8-3-699/10/11/A, Jayaparakashnagar, Yellareddyguda, Hyderabad and pass…”

2. Heard Mr. J.Suresh Babu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No. 3 has been interfering in the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent No. 4, and has also been disturbing the petitioners’ possession of their resident
