This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to set aside the order dated 28.10.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.01 of 2025 by the Drug Disposal Committee, Sangareddy District. By the impugned order, the application filed by the petitioner seeking return of property in Crime No.118 of 2024 of Gummadidala Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w. 21(c), 22(c), 25, 27(a) and 29 of The Narcotic Drugs And Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’), was dismissed.
