This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in conducting the tender vide Notification No.A1/32/2024 dated 13.08.2024 in respect of the Shop No.8, Municipal Complex, Opposite to Forest Office, Khanapur on 20.08.2024, without collecting Demand Draft (DD)
from other two (2) participants, as being illegal and arbitrary. 3.2 Heard Mr. C. Sharan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Municipalities, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.
