ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:-

“to declare the action of the Respondent No.3 in not receiving the complaint dated 25.10.2025 along with all required documents and not taking the action to enquire and issue the certificate of non-tracing the document No.P/3053/2015 dated 14.10.2015, registered at SRO L.B Nagar, as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No.3 to receive the application along with all required documents and to take action and conduct enquiry to trace out the original pending document No.P3053/2015 dated 14.10.2015, if it is not traced out, issue non-trace out certificate to Petitioner for taking steps before the District Registrar, Ranga Reddy District.”

Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that the petitioner along with others claims to have purchase land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.5.25 guntas in Sy.No.24, Ac.0-19 guntas in Sy.No.28 and Ac.8-01 guntas in Sy.No.29, Ac.14-05 guntas, situated at Gollur Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from one Sri.Panjala Venu Gopal through his GPA holder Sri.M.C.Anil Kumar, for total sale consideration of Rs.2,33,06,500/-. It is further submitted that after paying sale consideration amount, petitioner for registration have presented the draft sale deed before the Sub-Registrar, L.B.Nagar and the same was returned by assigning pending document No.P3053/2015. The case of the petitioner is that on 22.10.2025, after attending meeting with other partners at Minerva Hotel, Madhapur, petitioner lost pending document No.P3053/2015 dated 14.10.2015. Thereafter, petitioner made a publication in “Vartha” Telugu daily paper and “Telangana Today” English version and through Meeseva vide application No.AA38687984 dated 25.10.2025, petitioner made a complaint reporting loss of the pending document No.P3053/2015 dated 14.10.2015. Further case is that petitioner made a representation dated 25.10.2025 and requested Station House Officer, Madhapur Police Station, to trace the subject document or to issue “untraceful Certificate”, however, respondent authorities refused to receive the same.

Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 fairly submits that if the petitioner approach the respondent authorities and submit the representation dated 25.10.2025, the respondent authorities would receive the same and would take appropriate action in accordance with law.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner pray this Court to grant liberty to petitioner to submit the representation dated 25.10.2025 enclosing relevant documents, before the respondent authorities and further pray this Court to direct the respondent authorities to consider the same and take action in a time bound period.

6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not dispute the same and pray this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to petitioner to submit the representation dated 25.10.2025 enclosing relevant documents, before the respondent authorities and thereafter, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

8. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
