Ramana, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on record, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical, Health and Family Welfare appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, Sri Kuldeep Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri S. Abhay Kumar Sagar, learned Standing Counsel for the Dental Council of I ndia, appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, Sri T. Sharath, learned Standing Counsel for Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, appearing on behalf of respondent No.4, and Sri Ravinder Reddy Muppu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.5.
2. The petitioner approached this Court seeking prayer as under:
“…to pass an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus questioning the action of the Respondents more particularly Respondent No.5 in issuing the Letter Dated 30.07.2025 not allowing the Petitioner to continue her Rotatory internship programme from 26.09.2025 onwards and discharging her from the BDS course as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitution
