ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner-accused No.4 in Crime No.531 of 2025 before the Bachupally Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 109 and 61(2) read with 3(5) of BNS.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint before the Police stating that on 27.05.2025, while he was sleeping at his residence, he felt a sensation in his right thigh as though it had been injected. He immediately woke up and saw an unknown person inside his Villa. When he attempted to catch the unknown, he began assaulting him, took a cable wire, and wrapped it tightly around his neck. The complainant managed to remove the wire, but the assailant then bit the middle finger of his left hand, causing severe bleeding injuries.
