ORDER:

In this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the inaction of respondents No.3 to 5 in taking action against the unauthorized construction of bathrooms by respondent No.6 inspite of representation dt.02.09.2025, as illegal, improper and unconstitutional and to consequently direct the respondents No.3 to 5 to demolish the unauthorized construction.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj appearing for respondents No.1, 3 & 4, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.2 and Mr.K.Pradeep Reddy, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat appearing for respondent No.5.

Learned Standing counsel appearing for Gram Panchayat obtained written instructions, according to which, on receipt of the representation of the petitioner, the Gram Panchayat has issued notice to respondent No.6 stating that no construction should be undertaken without obtaining prior permission from the Gram Panchayat and also to stop the on going construction immediately. A copy of the said notice is annexed to the said proceedings.

4. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to take action against the unauthorized constructions being carried out by respondent No.6, if required in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to all the concerned.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
