ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/accused seeking to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner/accused by directing the Station House Officer, Police Station Town-II, Nizamabad or any arresting officer to enlarge her on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.154/2025, dated 23.09.2025 of Police Station Town-II, Nizamabad registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 318(4), 329(4), 351(2) r/w Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

2. Heard Sri Y. S. Yella Nand Gupta, learned counsel Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor 3. Without going into the merits of the case, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is less than seven (07) years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer on or before 26.11.2025 between 11:00 a.m. and 05:00 p.m. and in turn, the Investigating Officer is directed to follow the procedure laid down under Section 35 (3) of BNSS (previously Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.) and also the guidelines formulat
