This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue Writ or Order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent for issuing an undated -05.2025 notice and served on 03.11.2025 without any jurisdiction and without furnishing the report of the Mandal Girdawar dated 09.05.2025 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and amounts to violation of principles of natural justice, violation of the Article 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, and consequently to set aside the impugned undated Notice which was served on 03.11.2025 and pass such other order or orders …”
