ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation, dated 11.01.2024, made by the petitioners, seeking for rectification of entries in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.16.19 guntas in Sy.No.992, 998 and 999, situated at Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice and also contrary to the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020 and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Sri Palle Sriharinath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
