ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as accused No.5 in FIR.No.118/2025 before the Bollaram Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) 22(b) and 27(a)

of NDPS Act.

2. The brief facts of the case of prosecution revolve around seizure of cocaine weighing 10 grams and 16 Ecstasy (MDMA) pills weighing 6 grams. The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.5 in the said crime for his alleged involvement.

3. Heard Mr. K.Rajashekhar, learned counsel for petitioner, and Mr. D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the alleged offences and is no way connected to the possession of illegal substance. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.

5. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, stating that the allegations against the petitioner are
