ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.88 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025 on the file of Duggondi Police Station, Warangal, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’).

2. Heard Sri Mahesh Mamindla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sridhar Bhuvanagiri, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in the complaint or in the F.I.R., but he has been harassed by the Police by being called repeatedly, and a notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS has been issued to him, which is not in the proper format. He further submitted that the recitals in the notice themselves indicate that the notice is being issued after completion of the investigation. He also submitted that the petitioner is not concerned with the alleged offences mentioned in the complaint or the F.I.R. Hence, he prayed that the Court may quash the proceedin
