ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in considering the petitioner's representation / complaint dated 01.07.2025 and failed to take appropriate action to remove and restore the encroachment made by respondent Nos.4 to 6 on the bandi darri / crat track passing through Survey Nos.114 to 118, Potlapally VIllage, Husnabad Mandal, Siddipet District, the present writ petition is filed. A consequential prayer is sought to direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the land in Survey Nos.118/A & 117/D to an extent of Ac.2-08 guntas and Ac.0-13 guntas respectively in Potlapally Village, Husnabad Mandal, Siddipet District, to which e-pass book was issued in his favor and his name was recorded in the revenue records.
