ORDER:
This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not considering the representation of petitioner dated 14.10.2025 for deleting the entry of the forged and fabricated document bearing Doc.No.2403/2014 dated 20.11.2014 from the entire record books in both manual and online mode and also entering the said document as ‘deleted’ in the Encumbrance Certificate as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Heard Mr. M.A.Mujeeb, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt S. Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the paternal aunt of the petitioner by name Smt Firasath Khanam was the absolute owner and possessor of the property admeasuring 200 sq. yards in Plot No.97 falling in Sy.Nos.212, 213, 214 and 215 situated at Pedda Amberpet Revenue Village, Nagar Panchayat, Hayathnagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District through registered sale deed vide Doc.No.13456/1990 registered at the office of the Sub- Registrar, Hayathnagar and after her death on 18.01.2011, her three sons have executed General Power of Attorney in
