The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article

226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief :

“...seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the petitioners’ application dated 09-05-2021, vide Dharani Ref.No.2300009777, filed by the petitioners for change and rectification of entries in the Dharani Portal dated 14-02-2021, by deleting the name of Apka Rajeshwar and incorporating the petitioners’ names in respect of the lands bearing Survey No.225/8 and 225/C, measuring Ac.1-12 gts., and Ac.1-00 gts respectively, situated at Kondapur Village, Nirmal Rural District, Nirmal, Telangana State; and declaring the action of the respondents as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the principles of natural justice, and contrary to Article
