ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With the consent of both sides, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent No.3 in issuing the Show Cause Notice cancellation of registration of petitioner’s JCB vehicle bearing Registration No.TS 23 G 0344 as illegal and
arbitrary.
3. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport has produced the written
instructions issued by the respondent No.3 in Lr.No.182/2025/A1/HC/2025, dated 15.11.2025 and submitting that the Transport Authorities are not proceeding further in pursuance to the Show Cause Notice in Rc.No.123/A1/2025, dated 04.08.2025 for cancellation of the registration of the petitioner’s vehicle since there is no Authority to cancel the registration of the vehicle under the provisions Motor Vehicles on grounds and provisions mentioned by the District Collector, Rajanna Sircilla and the Transp
