ORAL ORDER

Heard Mr. Kotha Udaykiran Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein is plaintiff No.1 in O.S. No.841 of

2016 pending on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge - cum - I Additional Family Court, Medchal - Malkajgiri District. She and her sister, respondent No.6 herein have filed the aforesaid suit against the respondent Nos.1 to 5 herein seeking partition and separate possession of suit schedule properties. The suit is of the year 2016. Even then, the trial Court is not disposing of the said suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. Learned counsel, on instructions, would submit that an interlocutory application filed by the plaintiffs to bring the legal representations of deceased No.3 and petition filed by defendant No.5 to set aside ex parte order, are pending. The suit is posted to 24.11.2025 and it is coming up for plaintiffs’ evidence. Therefore, she is seeking a direction to trial Court for disposal of the said suit in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
