O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue an appropriate writ order or Direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus duly declaring the action of Respondent in harassing the petitioner by calling to the Police Station repeatedly under the guise of pending investigation in FIR No 18 of 2018 by P S CCS, DD, Hyderabad Team IV, Telangana State thus interfering with the personal liberty of the petitioner and pass...”

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Vikas Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ Petition with a liberty to avail other remedies available under law.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
