ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to pass an order or direction or writ more particularly writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus duly declaring the action of the respondent number 4 in refusing to take the complaint of the petitioner and protect his property as per the orders of Honourable Principal Junior Civil Judge Kothagudem in IA No 625/2011 in IA No 176 of 2011 in OS No 94 of 2011 as illegal arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to implement the above orders and provide protection to the property of the petitioner as mentioned in the above IA in the interest of justice and to pass….”
2. Heard Mr. P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this Writ petition does not survive for adjudication and seeks to dismiss 4. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the be no order as to costs.
