Mr. Muralidhar Reddy Katram, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4.
Mr R.K. Chitta, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5. JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya)
1. The Writ Appeal arises out of an impugned order dated 10.09.2025 passed by a learned Single Judge in W.P.No.16535 of
2020.
2. In the Writ Petition, the appellants/writ petitioners prayed for a writ mandamus against the action of the respondent No.4/the Tahsildar, Bhongir Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, in issuing Endorsement No.B/1518/2020 dated 03.08.2020. The grievance of the appellants/writ petitioners was that the respondent No.4 had acted as a Civil Court and decided the rights, title and possession of the parties in respect of the land situated in Survey No.442, Bhongir Town and Mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District, and had acted at the behest of the respondent No.5 (in the Writ Petition) in violation of the Principles of Natural Justice.
