This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.3 in not considering the notice dated 06.11.2024 and 12.06.2025 to provide Mandal Surveyor for the execution of the warrant of Commission in pursuant to the orders passed in I.A. No.122/2024 in O.S. No.276/2010, dated 03.09.2024 on the file of Hon’ble XI Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar as illegal, arbitrary, unauthorized and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official Respondent No.3 to consider the notice dated 06.11.2024 and 12.06.2025 given by the Petitioners…”
