ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner/A.2 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Cr.No.83 of 2025 of Excise Dhoolpet Police Station, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii) & 27(b) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short ‘NDPS Act’).

2. The facts of the case are that on 03.09.2025 at 11.00 a.m., the P&ESI and staff of Excise Dhoolpet Station conducted raid at road leading from Jiyaguda Kamela to Puranapool bridge and arrested A.1 while transporting dry Ganja weighing 1.1550 kgs on Passion Pro Plus bike which was supplied by A.2. Hence, the police registered the case against the accused for the above offences.
