ORDER:-

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking the Court to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in D.V.C.No.7 of 2023, on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy District at Bichkunda, registered under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

2. Heard Mr.V.Yadu Krishna Sainath, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Jitender Rao Veeramalla, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.4-

State.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his arguments seeking a direction to dispense with the appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that appropriate orders may be passed.

5. Perused the record. D.V.C.No.7 of 2023 is pending on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy District at Bichkunda.
