ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:
“…to issue a Writ, or Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in not conducting proper investigation on the complaint of the petitioner dt.31-03-2018 which attracts the penal provisions of cheating, kidnap, rape, wrongful confinement, criminal intimidation, criminal conspiracy against the unofficial respondents as arbitrary, illegal, unwarranted, uncalled for and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent police to conduct proper investigation in Crime No.4/2018 dt.03- 01-2018 on the file of the 4th respondent police station and to pass.…”

3. I have heard Mr.M.Srinivas, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that after due investigation in Crime No. 4 of 2018, a final report was filed endorsing the matter as ‘action dropped.’ Hence, nothing further remains for consideration in the present writ petition.
