ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“...to issue writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari by calling for all the records pertaining to the award in ID.No.23 of 2005 dated 23.04.2007 by the Hon’ble Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour court at warangal which was published in G.O.Rt.No.1522 of Labour Employment Training and Factories Lab-I Department dated 02.07.2007 and set aside same as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and pass...”

2. On 24.12.2007, this Court, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim suspension as prayed for. Thereafter, on

25.03.2015, this Court passed the following order:-

“...The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/s is permitted to take out personal notice by Registered Post with Acknowledgment Due to the unserved respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from today and file proof of service of the same, failing which, the writ petition shall stand dismissed as against such unserved respondent without any further reference to the Court...”

3. The writ petition is dismissed for default against respondent No.2. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that no relief can be granted against respondent No.2.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
