ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 7 in Crime No.351 of 2025 before the Toopran Police Station, Medak District.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioners were arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 7 in Crime No.351 of 2025 registered by Toopran Police Station, Medak District. The case arose out of a complaint lodged by one Gangumalla Aravindh Reddy, alleging that while he and his partners were conducting a land survey of their agricultural land at Brahmanpally village, the petitioners and others criminally trespassed onto the property, abused them in filthy language, and assaulted them with hands and sticks, causing injuries.

3. Heard Sri Gundram Manoj Goud, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.
