ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner/A.1 seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.510 of 2025 of Mavala Police Station, Adilabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 316 (5), 318(4) r/w.3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. The facts of the case are that a complaint was lodged by the complainant on 26.09.2025 at 21:00 hrs, stating that Chittapuwar Rahul and his cousin Dasari Srikanth, both from Kailash Nagar, had received job appointment letters as computer operators from Laxminarayana, petitioner herein a retired teacher from Kolam Ashrama School. Believing it to be true, the complainant contacted the petitioner who claimed to be an agent for Anantha Solution Career Opportunity in Adilabad and said he had helped many people in getting jobs. The petitioner promised the complainant a computer operator job at Umri Ashrama School for Rs.1,10,000/-. On 08.02.2025 at 18:40 hrs, the complainant paid the amount through PhonePe from his brother Swaphnil’s account to petitioner’s account.
