ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition is filed by the petitioner to issue Writ of Certiorari calling for the entire record of GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dated 27.10.2025, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 11 of CPC and requested to set aside the orders Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, dated 27.10.2025, by granting permission to sell away the property of minors bearing No.8-2-684/1/3, Plot No.2, Bhavani Nagar, Temple Towers, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad consisting of Ground+ 2 floors.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration submits that the petitioner without challenging the order dated 27.10.2025 passed in GWOP No.23 of 2024 on the file of II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad in civil
