HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE LAXMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY WRIT PETITION No.24792 of 2016

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not taking action against the illegal and unauthorized layout being undertaken by the respondent Nos.6 to 8, over the land admeasuring Ac.10-39 gts, in Sy.No.328 of Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District inspite of giving complaint dated 16.07.2016, by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.”

2. Heard Sri C. Naresh Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.2 and Sri K. Ravi Mahender, learned Standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner along with his family members are owners of land admeasuring Ac.10-39 gts in Sy.No.328, situated at Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Rangareddy District (hereinafter referred as “subject land”) and they are in possession and enjoyment of the same; that respondent Nos.6 to 8 by creating false and fabricated documents grabbed the subject land of the petitioners and making a layout over the subject land w
