O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:- “…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the third respondent in freezing of the petitioners Bank Account Nos.30551250000230 and 30553050000063 in Syndicate Bank, SR Nagar Branch, Hyderabad vide his letter bearing No.1095/Cr/ MDP/CYB/2017 dated 1-11-2017 and the consequential letter bearing Ref.No. 3055/125/230/bigc/2017/Freeze of the sixth respondent as illegal, contrary to law and without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14, 19(g), 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and pass....”

2. Heard Mr. M.R.K.Chakravarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
