O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring action of the 2nd respondent and his subordinates in regularly taking the 1st petitioner to their police station, threatening other petitioners and obtaining signed papers with undertakings stating that the petitioners will not enter into their own land situated in Sy.Nos.44 Part and 48 Part, admeasuring Ac.0.21 Gts. and Ac.2.19 Gts. respectively, along with other land, of Yamnampet Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, colourable exercise of power, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 and their subordinates not to interfere in civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent and others and not to dispossess the petitioners from their land and pass......”
