ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the Order dated 30.07.2025 in I.A.No.194 of 2025 in O.S.No.71 of 2025 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge at Yadadri, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District by granting ex-parte ad-interim injunction order.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent No.1/plaintiff filed interim injunction restraining the petitioners herein/defendants therein from interfering with the peaceful possession in the suit schedule property. In spite of that, the Trial Court beyond the prayer of the respondent No.1/plaintiff passed ad-interim injunction order restraining the petitioners herein/ defendants therein from interfering, transferring and mortgaging the suit schedule property without power and jurisdiction.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners have filed counter in I.A.No.194 of 2025 and requested to allow the instant Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the
