ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“...issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned award dated 5.5.2006 made in ID.No.24 of 2005 of Labour Court-II, Hyderabad, Published on 21.9.2006 in G.O.Rt.No.1968 allowing the petition in part and directing the petitioner herein to reinstate the 1st Respondent into Service with continuity of Service and without other attendant benefits and without back wages and quash the same as being illegal without jurisdiction and is invalid and pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice...”

2. The petitioner filed this writ petition aggrieved by the impugned award dated 05.05.2006 passed in ID.No.24 of 2005, wherein the impugned removal order dated 18.09.2003 is set aside and directed the petitioner herein to reinstate respondent No.1 into service with continuity of service but without back wages and attendant benefits. The award shall come into force under Section 17-A of I.D.Act after 30 days of its publication. The same was challenged by the petitioner.
