ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the action of the Respondent No.4 in seizing the petitioner’s vehicle bearing Registration No.KA 20 MD 1305, pursuant to the Vehicle Check Report No.0210416, dated 09.10.2025 as illegal and arbitrary and requested to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to release the said vehicle without insisting upon payment of Telangana Life Tax.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of the W.P.No.10877 of 2025 on 30.10.2025 and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition also.
4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport is not disputing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the disposal of W.P.No.10877 of 2025 dated
30.10.2025.
