O R D E R:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“…to issue a Writ, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus grievance of the petitioners Accused No.7 and 8 confined to registration of multiple FIRs, in a vexatious manner, contrary to the procedure envisaged in the Cr.P.C. i) directing respondents 1 and 2 to issue appropriate instructions/ directions to all the police authorities not to register any further FIRs against the petitioners/Accused No.7 and 8 in relation to the alleged occurrences and Respondent No.3 to 9 police stations to transfer complaints registered, or sought to be registered, in one police station to another where an F.I.R. has already been registered in respect of the same offence/incident and ensure that a thorough investigation is caused there into, by a single investigation agency as violative of the petitioners constitutional rights and for being contrary to law and violative of law declared by the Honourable Supreme Court of India......”
