O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring inaction of the official respondents herein in conducting and concluding the investigating and filing of Charge Sheet/final report in Crime No. 610 of 2016 dated 20.10.2016, registered at 3rd Respondent Police Station on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and abdication of duty cast on them apart from being colourable exercise of power and in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India apart from contrary to provisions of the Code Criminal Procedure, 1973 and consequently to direct the respondents to henceforth complete the investigation in FIR No. 610 of 2016 and pass......”
