ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-

“…to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in mutating the name of the petitioner in the Dharani Portal now Bhu Bharati Portal and issuing the Pattadar Passbook in favour of the petitioner in respect of the agricultural land in Survey No.128/2/అ (old Survey No.128 and Survey No 128/2) admeasuring Ac.4.28 guntas out of Ac.9.16 guntas situated at Sangam Village, Keshampet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as per the Pattedar PassBook bearing Khata No.341 is illegal, void, ultra virus, unconstitutional and in violations of the principles of Natural Justice and also contrary to the Telangana Rights In Land And Pattadar Pass Books Act, 2020 and the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 in the interest of justice…”
