ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest in Crime No.156 of 2025 of Gudipally Police Station, Nalgonda District.
2. Heard Smt. Krishnamoni Swathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent – State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was in no way connected to the alleged offences in Crime No.156 of 2025 and had been falsely implicated, though his name was mentioned in the remand case diary alleging that he acted as an agent and collected Rs.2,00,00,000/-. He further submitted the allegations in the remand and FIR were vague, exaggerated, politically motivated, and lacked any specific overt act against the petitioner. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by allowing this criminal petition.
